\nThe Roundabout of Talents works to support the development of an educational and pedagogical community that chooses to reinforce the strengths of each boy and girl: through formal and informal moments, communities of practice are fostered to share the best strategies to accompany in growth, in the development of skills, in the path of choice.
\nThe activities are dedicated to class groups and involve dialogue with the accompanying teachers so that the experience can be as inclusive and integral to the children’s education as possible.
\nThe workshops within the Talent Rondo are opportunities for teachers to deepen and explore with the children, to see them from other perspectives, to observe new dynamics.<\/p>\n
