At Rondo we call these core capacities, fundamental or innate abilities, possessed to varying degrees and expressed differently by each individual.<\/p>\n

Starting with these valuable skills triggers a virtuous mechanism of growth and development that is able to lead us to discover and use what is beautiful in us, our unique potential our talent, always reminding us that it can be constantly evolving.<\/p>\n
