What used to be called school-to-work alternation now goes by the name of PCTO – Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation, and starting this year, the CRC Foundation has decided to host kids ages 16 and up in PCTO at the Rondo dei Talenti!
The courses that can be done cover a wide range of topics, including design, robotics, hospitality, and all that the Rondo can offer.
An agreement between the school and the CRC Foundation is required to start a PCTO pathway. Each pathway provides individualized guidance to help children develop to their fullest potential.
It starts with an initial cognitive interview and concludes with a final interview together with an experienced guidance counselor and an additional meeting to take stock of the experience and share discoveries as well as useful insights.
