What are we going to do?
In this workshop we will explore anxiety together with the support of the Z-Aargh project cartoon on YouTube. Practical tools will also be provided to bring back a state of well-being in one’s body through meditation and breathing.
The development of the workshop includes the creation of a drawing depicting the experience.
Number of meetings per class: 1
The workshop will take place on the following dates:
- January 17, 2025 – 10 a.m.
- February 14, 2025 – 10 a.m.
- March 7, 2025 – 10 a.m.
- April 4, 2025 – 10 a.m.
- May 9, 2025 – 10 a.m.
- May 23, 2025 – 10 a.m.
It will be possible to reserve for one of the appointments from October 1 to October 4, 2024.
