Find out what ingredients to start with to develop your talent
At the Talent Roundtable, we define talent as a predisposition that, when discovered and trained with commitment, becomes a skill and an asset to self and the community. Talent is meaningful when it is shared.
According to the scientific literature, each of us possesses at least five talents. There are talents that are evident right away and others that one must learn to recognize in order to succeed in bringing out one’s unique potential.
We designed together with the Learning for Well-being Foundation a workshop dedicated to discovering the ingredients of talent for schools of all levels.
You can attend by arranging an appointment through progetti@rondodeitalenti.it every Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The “ingredients of talent” workshops are designed for schools of all levels. In fact, they are designed in a modular manner and can be adapted according to the age of the participants. They are estimated to last about two hours. The content and duration can also be geared according to the specific needs of each class, one thinks for example of a request for more focus on harmonization of the class group, students’ motivation and curiosity, individual well-being and self-esteem, etc.
Workshop for kindergarten and first and second grades of elementary school.
Stuart is a very sad child, he feels that there is something wrong with him. One day on his way to school he slips on a mysterious object. It is a flower petal on which is written “relax.” From that moment, the children become Stuart’s helpers on this journey to discover core capacities and their own unique potential.
Workshop for third, fourth and fifth grades of elementary school and first and second grades of secondary school.
Klaus has a most precious talent: he has eyes full of wonder. Everyone has a different way of approaching the world. What is ours? Through Stuart’s story children and young people will use core capacities to come to discover the beauty in each of us.
Workshop for junior high and senior high school third grades.
Core capacities are the most valuable and powerful means we have to bring out the wonder within us. Beware though, everyone uses them differently. In this workshop, children will go to work on their own inner beauty to understand how to bring it out and how to use it with others. It is a reflective journey about the self within the group with the goal of uniting the boys through their unique potential and making them aware that they are an active part of their team.
Core capabilities and unique potential are studied and explored in depth by the Learning for Well-being Foundation.
