Aimed at Primary Schools
What are we going to do?
The workshop helps children learn more about themselves as part of a group. Using breathing and meditation techniques, pupils will explore the importance of their own experiences.
Next, they will experiment with tools such as self-massage, gaze, speech and touch to improve relationships with others. The workshop may include theater activities to explore different group dynamics and points of view.
Number of meetings per class: 1
The workshop will take place on the following dates:
- October 14, 2024 – 10:45 a.m.
- November 18, 2024 – 10:45 a.m.
- December 9, 2024 – 10:45 a.m.
- January 13, 2025 – 10:45 a.m.
- February 10, 2025 – 10:45 a.m.
- March 10, 2025 – 10:45 a.m.
It will be possible to reserve for one of the appointments from October 1 to October 4, 2024.
