The workshop aims to integrate self-knowledge and bodily awareness by recognizing the connection between emotion, sensation and body, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through the observation of moods and the use of simple techniques, participants will receive tools to be aware of their emotions.

The workshop will include theater activities, such as mimes and games, to enact emotions.
