July 2022 saw the opening of the Rondo dei Talenti in Cuneo, at 1 Gallo Street: a space open to the community and dedicated to children, for the discovery of their talents and exploration of the world, self-knowledge and skill enhancement. The Rondo dei Talenti has spaces dedicated to children and educational institutions and is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. On weekends, it is enlivened by activities dedicated to children and families, organized by entities in the area dedicated to the theme of education and talent. Given the success of the first months of workshops, the Foundation is promoting the second edition of the White Spaces – Workshops at the Rondo dei Talenti, through which it intends to fund educational and workshop activities in the ground floor spaces of the Rondo dei Talenti.

Subject of the notice
With this Call for Proposals, the CRC Foundation intends to fund workshop activities that have an educational purpose and a connection to the promotion and discovery of talent and the development of intelligence.
Activities should be understood as an exploration of different areas of children’s development and growth:
- Sports/motor area
- Language/communication area
- Logistics/organizational area
- Technical/logical area
- Science/technology area
- Nature area
- Creative/manual area
- Relational area
The workshop and participatory presentation activities should correspond to areas of exploration for children and youth and may, for example, be theater workshops, motor sports activities, read alouds, creativity or simple entertainment/animation with explicit educational purpose. Activities must be held on at least two weekend afternoons on the Ground Floor of the Rondo dei Talenti with an effective duration of at least 2 hours. The schedule of appointments will be defined according to the selected activities. Activities will be open to all and free of charge, with priority given to the participation of families with children together. Workshops should be organized for a minimum of 20 participants. It is expected that the submitted projects will have a high educational level and will be carried out with responsibility and autonomy in the management of the entrusted space.

Eligible subjects
Eligible are all institutions based in the Province of Cuneo that are eligible to receive a grant from the CRC Foundation under Article 11, paragraphs 1,2,3 and 6, Title IV of the Institutional Activities Regulations, and in particular institutions and entities involved in the education, growth and participation of children such as schools, cultural theater or music associations, sports associations, municipalities, parishes, and cooperatives.
Budget and contribution
A contribution of 1,000 euros per project (which includes a minimum of two workshops) is expected. The total resources available for this initiative are 20,000 euros.
