The Talents in Motion call for proposals is an always open call dedicated to schools and other eligible entities that will award grants of up to a maximum of 2,100 euros per application to cover transportation costs for organizing educational or educational visits to the Rondo.

Goals

The Talents in Motion call for proposals is an always open call dedicated to schools and other entities eligible to receive grants (see point 4. Eligible Entities) that provides for the allocation of grants of up to a maximum of 2,100 euros per request to cover transportation expenses for the organization of educational or educational visits according to the criteria for determining the amounts as provided below.


Eligible expenses

All transportation costs from the school plexus location or summer center location to the site of the educational visit or activity are eligible.

In line with the +Sustainability Challenge, the Foundation suggests and advocates for consideration of environmentally sustainable modes of mobility.


Eligible entities and reference territory

The following are eligible to participate in the call and submit an application:

  • As a priority, all schools, state or peer, from kindergarten to secondary
    school, including CPIAs and vocational training agencies that promote courses for
    the fulfillment of compulsory education;
  • all entities eligible to receive a grant from the CRC Foundation with an educational purpose
    working with groups of children and youth;

In order to ensure that the educational hub of the Rondo dei Talenti can be accessed and made known, it will
be possible for schools and other entities based throughout the country to participate in the call.


Type of activity

Schools can join if they demonstrate membership or pre-accession to at least one of the activities offered within the Rondo dei Talenti:

  • grassroots activities of the Talent Rondo
  • Comau’s e.Do Learning Centre robotics laboratory
  • Plin’s educational innovation activities
  • City of Talents school orientation activities


Assignment method

Grants will be awarded based on the distance of the school or summer center from the Talent Rondo, the number of activities that will take place, and the duration of the visit.


Times and methods for submitting applications

Applications can be submitted from the publication of the call for proposals to cover transportation costs for activities organized until Dec. 31, 2025.

At the application stage, it will be possible to make the request for a contribution up to a maximum of 3 transports for a maximum total claimable of €2,100 as per the table in point 3. “Object of the call” in relation to the distance from the Rondò dei Talenti or the Castello di Rivoli and the number of activities booked. For each grant request that includes more than one activity it will be necessary to attach the confirmation form for each of being (in a single pdf document) and the program of the days.

For each grant application, it will be necessary to attach:

  1. The confirmation form/email for the activity (in single pdf document);
  2. The schedule for the day(s) of the outing;
  3. The cost estimate for transportation;

The call is open “over-the-counter,” applications will be evaluated and grants awarded in order of arrival of eligible applications and until the capacity of the call is exhausted. When organizing the outings, efforts should be made to optimize the movement of classes and/or groups
to the location of the activities, avoiding the nonsensical use of transportation.

 


Reporting

At the end of the initiative it will be necessary to submit a summary report of the initiative and fill out the evaluation questionnaire of the activities carried out at the Talent Rondo.

Grant reporting will require the use of the online wizard that can be accessed through the ROL Area from the Foundation’s website, using their credentials (username and password) already used when filling out the grant application.
It is possible to request a down payment tranche of 50% of the grant. The final balance will occur following reporting of all planned expenditures.
Reporting is required by June 30, 2026 for all grants awarded.

COMMUNICATION
The use of the CRC Foundation and Rondo dei Talenti logo must compulsorily be arranged with the CRC Foundation offices in charge (tel. 0171/452771 – 0171/452777). MOD. SGQ – 027 – Rev. 0 4 It is suggested that participants, follow the social channels of Rondo dei Talenti @rondodeitalenti.it and post any photographs of the visit by tagging Rondò dei Talenti. 8.
