The schools have decided to form an openpurpose network to offer the educational community the opportunity to open up to dialogue in order to promote a new educational alliance and bases its principles on: awareness, dialogicity, responsibility, commitment and alliance.

The Dialogic Schools Network develops research, does training, planning and experimentation of dialogic actions and interdependent actions among the schools in the network, students and their families, teachers, managers and their territories.

The Dialogic Schools Network acts through the Dialogic Approach integrated with Coaching & Mindfulness.

Marco Braghero

Scientific coordinator of the University of Pisa Postgraduate Course “Dialogic Practices in Complex Organizations.” Lecturer in the Master Course “Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Contemplative Practices” at University of Pisa – Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neuroscience. Lecturer in dialogic practices at SUPSI – University of Lugano, Switzerland. Researcher at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland in the Department of Psychology. National scientific coordinator Rete Scuole Dialogiche and vice-president of the Associazione Pratiche Dialogiche Italia.

Lecturer and member of the scientific committee of the Level II university master’s degree “Management of psychological and relational processes in competitive sport” at Rebaudengo University of Turin. He is president of PeaceWaves International Network. He worked with the Ministry of Education in the Minister’s Cabinet from 1996 to 2000 and from 2017 to 2019. He has been a lecturer and researcher at IRRE Piemonte. He has been a visiting professor at Kabul University. He won a PHD at the University of Siegen in Germany on Peace Education.

A basketball coach, he won a Scudetto in 1989 and a Champions Cup in 1990 with the Enichem Priolo staff. He has decades of experience in group facilitation and has accompanied the drafting of several Community Educational Pacts. He collaborates with the spin-off Mind4Children to bring dialogic practices into complex organizations.


It is a spin-off of the University of Padua created to implement its third mission: to foster the dissemination of culture, knowledge and results obtained from scientific research, in the territories. Born from the ideas and experience of Professor Daniela Lucangeli, it deals with developmental age: translating into action the latest evidence in neuroscience and developmental psychology, it promotes the well-being of children and adolescents and supports their harmonious growth. Her interventions are aimed at preventing vulnerabilities, mitigating their effects on a person’s life and taking care of the needs that arise from them.

Tommaso Orlando

Doctor of Developmental Psychological Sciences, is a researcher and designer in Mind4Children, a spin-off of the University of Padua. He studies biopsychosocial well-being in childhood and adolescence and its promotion in communities. He is a tutor in the Innovation Lab “Beyond Fragility” and worked on the research of the same name on Special Educational Needs in the province of Cuneo, published in CRC Foundation’s Q45, with its Research and Studies Office.


Irene Medaglia

Irene Medaglia, a psychologist, has been working with complex realities for years. She started her dialogic journey in 2019 with a course at the University of Pisa, continuing with the DPC\&M network and dialogic schools. She participated as a facilitator in the conference “Dialogic Alchemy” and collaborated with Prof. Braghero in a school project in Noto. Since 2023, she has been working at “Il Girasole” counseling center and teaching in four high school classes, integrating dialogic approach and didactics.
