Regulations for those who attend the Talent Rondo

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Those who frequent the Talent Rondo (the user) are aware that their behavior must be guided by adherence to the basic norms of respect and responsibility.

The user is civilly and criminally liable for damages caused to the facility and furnishings provided by the CRC Foundation.

The user is solely responsible for the activity exercised and for any discrepancies in use from which damage results in any way.

The CRC Foundation assumes no responsibility for theft of items or materials of users on the premises.

The user who participates in workshops or activities is required to complete any paperwork that may be required.

While staying at the Talent Rondo, each user agrees to:

  1. Leave the space, inside and outside the Rondo, smoke-free, according to LEED regulations and, therefore, agrees not to smoke electronic cigarettes or cigarettes of any other kind;
  2. Leave spaces clean after use by removing papers or other waste from the floor, furniture, windowsills, or outdoor spaces in front of rooms;
  3. To engage in appropriate and respectful conduct and to refrain from actions that may constitute grounds for risk to persons or property or that constitute violations of applicable laws and regulations;
  4. Do not disturb the activities being carried out;
  5. Use spaces only for permitted purposes;
  6. Use furniture, materials and equipment provided appropriately, without causing harm.

2. RULES OF CONDUCT FOR GROUND FLOOR SPACES

Entry to the Ground Floor is possible during the hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., every day of the week, except the

Presence of CRC Foundation activities or projects that maintain a priority for use.

Only the entrance to this space is freely allowed for everyone to study, read, play, or eat, as long as all activities are carried out with respect for others, these Rules and Regulations, and coexistence based on cooperative, polite, respectful, and conscious conduct.

The other floors of the Rondo are accessible only in specific cases or in the presence of events, workshops or projects of or authorized by the CRC Foundation.

Users accompanied by dogs are allowed, provided they are leashed or muzzled and respectful of the common area.

The staff present has no supervisory role with regard to minors or non-self-sufficient persons. Users under the age of 14 or non-self-sufficient persons must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them while on the Ground Floor.

In addition, while staying on the Ground Floor is allowed:

  1. Speak softly or listen to audio material without disturbing other users;
  2. Use furniture in accordance with its location, material and equipment (e.g., electrical outlets) as provided and in a manner compatible with the needs of other users;
  3. Use spaces only to carry out permitted activities, in a polite, respectful and conscious manner;
  4. Keep behaviors that do not make people uncomfortable or harm others.

Facility staff has the right to identify anyone who violates these Rules and Regulations and invite them to comply with them and/or cease the disturbing behavior or, if they fail to do so, to leave the Talent Rondo.

In the case of access by users under the age of 14, all related responsibility remains with the parents exercising parental responsibility, guardians or foster caregivers, or persons delegated by them.

When it becomes necessary to remove a person under the age of 14 from the facility, the staff of the facility is authorized to contact the public authority, where the child does not provide the reference of a person exercising parental responsibility or similar figure under the law who can be readily located.
