The Learning for Well-being Foundation implements diverse projects worldwide, promoting holistic well-being and school reform, embedding a transversal element of intergenerational collaboration throughout.
We envision a world where every child can fulfil their unique potential and our work focuses on combining human and social development, implementing programmes that explore inner diversity and cultivate core capacities with the aim of creating social change.
Established in 2004, our Foundation is a non-profit organization registered in The Netherlands.

Beginning her career in an experimental school, she combined hands-on innovation with academic research in Educational Sciences. She has held leadership roles in diverse educational contexts, always focusing on collaboration, talent development, and the use of diversity as a resource. Since 2008, she has co-developed the TriDimensional Teaching and Passion & Talent concepts to help teachers and students better understand and respond to varied learning needs.
As a mother and grandmother, Truus continues to draw inspiration from the richness of human diversity in all areas of life.

She has worked closely with schools and educators to address issues such as bullying, belonging, and emotional development. Maureen Crijns is an educator and coordinator at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. She trains students aged 18-22 and colleagues. As a language teacher, she realized early on that building confidence and experiencing a safe environment in class were of paramount importance for students to have the ability to learn.
When training as an Inner Diversity coach, she soon realized the uniqueness of every student and the need for a personalized approach. About a decade ago, she decided to focus solely on improving the well-being (or happiness) and resilience of her students, and in a later stage of her colleagues as well. Her classes and workshops are deeply rooted in Positive Psychology, with a firm focus on natural strengths.
By combining Inner Diversity and the Character Strengths (Values in Action) by Martin Seligman early on in her courses, her students realize and learn to appreciate their own uniqueness, and that of others. This solidifies a firm base from which the students can work on leadership skills, well-being, resilience, team building, psychological safety and much more.
